Jogin Desai, MD Dr. Desai is a general physician with extensive experience in managing complex multi-national teams in running global clinical research businesses. Dr. Desai joined Quintiles India in 2002 and held several positions of increasing responsibility to finally run the ECG globally for Quintiles. Jogin was instrumental in building a highly successful global ECG business which grew from 20 staff in 2002 to more than 250 staff in Mumbai and Bangalore, India, Research Triangle Park, NC, USA, Bracknell, UK and Tokyo, Japan. Prior to 2002, his last position in the US was working in Abbott’s clinical data management department. Jogin’s education includes a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery, M.B.B.S. and advanced management programs from INSEAD in Fontaineblue, France and Indian Institute of Management in Ahmedabad, India.

Jennifer Aquino Jennifer Aquino has over 15 years experience in technical operations and project management in technology operations and pharmaceutical industries. Jennifer is an experienced clinical trials professional with extensive expertise in project management, clinical data management, process definition, management and technology implementation. Her technical skills include EDC and traditional clinical data management systems, CTMS systems, Pharmacovigilance systems, submission and publishing tools, IVR, Web application development and implementation, SAS, Imaging, SQL, SOA applications and multiple reporting applications. Jennifer attended Lesley College for Business Administration.

Sharad Gupta Sharad Gupta brings to Cenduit over 25 years of experience in the IT industry, holding various positions with increasing responsibilities. Sharad began his career in Sales and Marketing and has worked with leading IT companies. Sharad was one of the main promoters of Amex Information Technologies (now Tutis Technologies) and led the company to a successful IPO in 1999. Sharad has demonstrated strong leadership consistently throughout his career, most recently with the management of a distributed team to seamlessly integrate all operations of the acquisition of Webify Solutions by IBM India. Sharad has earned a postgraduate degree in Philosophy and has diploma in Marketing and Sales.

Mike Ederle Mike Ederle served as CFO at Trinity Convergence, a multimedia and communications embedded software developer, from 2002 – 2010, overseeing all finance, accounting, legal and IT operations. Additionally, since 2008, Mike served as Co-CEO of the Company. Prior to Trinity Convergence, Mike was CFO and co-founder of Cerulic, Inc., a Portland, Oregon-based startup in the wireless data network arena. Mike served as CFO of PreNet Corporation from 1999 to 2000, a startup developing a next generation prepaid payment process for the wireless industry. From 1996 to 1999, Mike was vice president, finance and administration at eFusion, a VoIP applications company founded in 1996. At eFusion, he was active in closing two private venture rounds totaling $26.6 million. Mike has held financial management positions with Intel and Texas Instruments. Mike holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University. |

Robert MacDougall Robert MacDougall brings over 25 years of Enterprise Software, Integrated IT Solutions, Professional Services and Sales and Marketing leadership success. Since 2000 his focus has been on selling complex enterprise, web-based ASP software solutions into the global life/health sciences industry. Under Robert’s leadership, the PharmaReady™ electronic document and eCTD submission solution was introduced to the market in 2003 and now has global recognition with customers in 16 countries. Throughout Robert’s career, he has held positions in enterprise software solutions sales, technology consulting and alliance program management. During 15 years with AT&T, he held senior management positions while participating in AT&T’s Executive Leadership Development Program. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Maryland, College Park, College of Business and Management with a major in Marketing.

Chuck Piccirillo Chuck Piccirillo brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the technology industry. Chuck leads the global IT and R&D organizations within Cenduit. He is responsible for Cenduit’s global technology product strategy and ongoing market analysis and planning functions to ensure the strategic technology direction for the company. Chuck is also responsible for synchronizing and coordinating the technology functions within Cenduit’s global business to ensure a single, cohesive structure in delivering world-class service and value to our clients. Before joining Cenduit, Chuck served as VP, Technology and interim CEO of Etrials. Prior to Etrials, he led the strategy, development and implementation of the technology roadmaps for Fuji Health Systems, Hill-Rom, Healthcare IT and Kodak, Health Imaging. Chuck holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University. |
